Diagnostic outpatient laboratory testing is covered when the test is ordered by your physician, approved by your health benefit plan, and completed using QuestSelect.
- Blood Testing, Including Cholesterol, CBC, and General Health Panels
- Urine Testing, Including Urinalysis
Not Covered by QuestSelect
- Lab Work Ordered During Hospitalization
- Emergency or STAT Testing
- Time-Sensitive or Esoteric Testing, Including Fertility Testing, Bone Marrow Studies, and Spinal Fluid Tests
- Non-Laboratory Services, Including Mammography, X-Ray, Imaging, and Dental Work
- Testing Not Approved or Covered by Your Health Benefit Plan
